How do I book a home?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. Or you can call our office at 850-296-3621 and we will be glad to help you. We love speaking with potential guests!
Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Can I bring my pet with me?
All size dogs are welcome in many of our homes and condos. Prior approval is required. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee which covers the extra cleaning that is required after a pet has been inside the home or condo.
If I have a small dog or non-shedding breed do I still have to pay the pet fee?
Sorry but we charge the same fee for all dogs. After a pet has stayed in our homes or condos, we are required to take extra cleaning measures that ensures our homes are meticulously cleaned for the next guests.
Can I bring my cat, bird or other pet with me?
Sorry, at this time we only allow dogs. No cats, birds, potbelly pigs, rodents, reptiles, etc.
How do I find your pet friendly properties?
Just check the box that says "Pet Friendly" in the advanced search box.  This will bring up all of the pet friendly properties we have in our current portfolio.
Are pets allowed on the beach?
Pets are not allowed on the beach in any of the counties in the Destin area.  Many of our homes have fully fenced in back yards. Also, a nice dog park in Destin and another one in Sandestin’s Baytowne Wharf.
I am allergic to dogs. Will there be a problem in your homes?
Many of our homes and condos are pet friendly.  While we take extra cleaning measures after a dog has been in our properties, we cannot ensure our properties will be allergen free. We do have a few properties that are not pet friendly, but some of the owners do bring their dogs in these properties.  If you have an allergies, please be sure to discuss your concerns with us prior to booking any of our properties.
What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming "home" to your "vacation home" rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens, with some homes having game rooms, and all our Destin homes have private pools and bbq grills. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.
Why do you charge tax on cleaning fees?
Cleaning fees charged to guests are taxable in Florida - you can read more about it at Sales and Use Tax on Cleaning Services. Be cautious as not all vacation rentals are licensed or operate above board. Don't rent from an owner or a company if you suspect they are not properly licensed, or suspect they are not collecting and reporting taxes properly, else you may be scammed or find the house closed by the state when you arrive!
