Neither Autohost or Sugar Palm Vacation Rentals will disclose or disseminate a guest’s biometric identifier or biometric information to any other person or company unless: The guest or the guest’s legally authorized representative provides consent to such disclosure; The disclosure completes a financial transaction requested or authorized by the guest or the guest’s legally authorized representative; The disclosure is required by state or federal law, or municipal ordinance; or The disclosure is required pursuant to a valid warrant or subpoena Storage: Autohost stores personal data on servers provided by Amazon Web Services, located in the United States. Therefore, your personal data may be collected, processed, stored, and transferred to a foreign country, with different privacy laws that may or may not be as comprehensive as the laws in the jurisdiction in which you reside. In these circumstances, the governments, courts, law enforcement, or regulatory agencies of that country may be able to obtain access to your personal information through the laws of the foreign country.
